2. What data we collect
When you fill in the inquiry form, we collect the name, phone number, email address (if provided) and message text you submit. Providing this data is voluntary, but without a name and phone number we cannot contact you.
3. How we use the data
We use the data only to answer your inquiry, prepare a rental quote and get in touch with you. We do not use the data for marketing without separate consent, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data processors
Inquiries are delivered by email using Resend (an email delivery service). The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. These partners process data only on our instructions and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
5. Retention period
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to communicate with you and complete a potential transaction, and no longer than required by law. After that period the data is deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, and object to processing. Contact us at info@rentvan.lt.
7. Cookies
The website uses only essential technical cookies required for it to work properly. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent.
